Richard C. Hoagland (born April 25, 1945) is a New York Times best-selling author and former CBS News science consultant known for his investigations into claimed "space anomalies" and possible extraterrestrial ruins. As founder of The Enterprise Mission and a recurring presence on Art Bell's programs, he argued for artificial structures on Mars and the Moon and developed what he called hyperdimensional physics.
