Paul H. Smith

Paul H. Smith is a retired U.S. Army major and one of the original military remote viewers trained in the STARGATE program, recognized for his expertise in both the practice and documented history of remote viewing. As a guest on late-night radio, his comprehensive book Reading the Enemy's Mind and his founding of the Remote Viewing Instructional Services have made him one of the foremost educators and historians of military psychic intelligence.
