Robert O. Dean

Robert O. Dean (1929–2018) was a retired U.S. Army Command Sergeant Major who claimed to have read a classified NATO document titled "The Assessment," which allegedly confirmed ongoing extraterrestrial visitation of Earth. As a distinguished and impassioned guest on late-night radio, he spoke with military authority about a multi-species alien presence and argued that disclosure would fundamentally transform human civilization.
