Ralph Sarchie is a retired NYPD sergeant and demonologist recognized for his work investigating cases of alleged demonic possession and infestation, which inspired the 2014 film Deliver Us from Evil. On Art Bell's programs, his book Beware the Night and his vivid accounts of confronting what he believed to be genuine demonic forces during his law enforcement career made him one of the most compelling figures at the intersection of policing and the supernatural.
