May 8, 1998: Earth Change Prophecy - Lori Toye

Art Bell speaks with Lori Toye about her prophetic "I Am America" map, born from recurring visions she experienced beginning in 1983. In those visions, four white-robed beings she identifies as Ascended Masters presented a detailed future map of the United States showing catastrophic earth changes. Over 80 meditation sessions conducted from 1988 onward, Toye received precise geographic details including new coastlines, submerged states, and massive inland waterways.

The map depicts California, Nevada, and Utah completely underwater, with Arizona becoming the new Pacific coastline. The Mississippi and Missouri rivers widen into a vast bay, Lake Michigan disappears, and much of the East Coast breaks apart. Toye notes striking similarities between her map and those of Gordon Michael Scallion and Billy Meier. She describes five protected "Golden City Vortex" areas across the country that the masters identified as safe zones during the changes.

Toye emphasizes that prophecy is not prediction but a spiritual teaching meant to inspire change. She discusses the sequential nature of the changes through a new six-map scenario and connects current extreme weather patterns, El Nino, and Antarctic ice shelf instability to the early stages of the prophesied transformation. Art openly shares his belief that these changes are underway and his acceptance of remaining at what Toye calls ground zero in southern Nevada.
