Victor is the pseudonym of an anonymous insider who claimed to have worked with extraterrestrial beings at Area 51, providing what he described as firsthand testimony of alien presence at the secretive military installation. On Art Bell's programs, his disguised-voice interviews and his detailed claims about extraterrestrial-human interaction within classified facilities generated enormous listener interest and became one of the most discussed anonymous testimonies in UFO history.
