Steven Gibbs is an inventor and experimenter who claimed to have developed functional time travel devices, most notably the "Hyper Dimensional Resonator" (HDR), which he asserted could facilitate temporal displacement and astral time travel. On Art Bell's programs, his detailed technical descriptions and enthusiastic demonstrations of his homemade devices made him one of the most memorable and unconventional figures in the program's history.
