Robert Monroe

Robert Monroe (1915–1995) was a pioneering consciousness researcher and founder of The Monroe Institute, recognized for his groundbreaking exploration of out-of-body experiences (OBEs) and his development of the Hemi-Sync binaural beat audio technology designed to facilitate altered states of consciousness.
