Paul LaViolette is a physicist and author recognized for developing the subquantum kinetics physics methodology and his theory of "galactic superwaves" - periodic, catastrophic energy pulses from the center of the Milky Way that he proposes have historically triggered mass extinctions and climate upheavals on Earth.
