Jim Keith (1949–1999) was a prolific conspiracy researcher and author recognized for his detailed investigations into mind control programs, black helicopter sightings, and alleged secret government operations. On Art Bell's programs, his books including Black Helicopters Over America and Mind Control, World Control made him one of the most widely read conspiracy researchers of the 1990s, and his mysterious death during minor surgery only deepened his legend.
