Dr. Fred Bell

Dr. Fred Bell (1943–2011) was a former NASA and Department of Defense consultant and inventor who claimed extended contact with a Pleiadian being named Semjase, from whom he reportedly received advanced technological knowledge. On Art Bell's programs, his eclectic background spanning rocket propulsion, holographic medicine, and alleged extraterrestrial communication made him one of the most colorful and unconventional figures in the contactee community.
