Dr. Albert Harrison (1940–2014) was a psychologist at the University of California, Davis, recognized for his scholarly study of the human dimensions of space exploration and the psychological implications of potential contact with extraterrestrial intelligence. On Art Bell's programs, his book After Contact and his academic work on how humanity might respond to confirmed alien contact brought rare social-scientific rigor to discussions of the extraterrestrial question.
